SSL error after cert install > http.sys (Exchange 2010)

I've goofed up the cert renewal somehow. Now, getting the error below in EMS when trying a remote move from local to Office365.

I think I recall seeing http.sys somewhere in the whole SSL config while getting the renewed cert from godaddy. All I did is rekey and download the cert though, didn't (consciously) play around with existing entries.
