Scenario: you have a server with all your important data on it. the hard drives are encrypted with whatever encryption you feel works best. bit locker or true crypt whichever you like. however they get stolen. What is keeping that drive from being accessed through something like a linux live cd? where the windows settings and permissions aren't kept?
