I am currently looking into replacing our VMS, hardware and software. We already have our cameras - currently 40 and all IP - and will probably be close to 60 in the next three years.
Ideally the software should have AD integration, Server 2008 OS, web client and be easy enough that I could train managers to monitor and review the cameras in their locations.
Open to going with vendor hardware as long as it's not an overpriced desktop. If not, I plan on going with Dell server hardware.
Started researching the big names such as OnSSI, IpConfigure, Milestone and Exacq.
I'd like to ask the community for some recommendations as well as pros/cons of these as well as any others that I should look into (or avoid).
