I have a client that needs the ability to monitor google talk chats. They have recently had an employee who they believe is leaking vital firm information to an ex-employee.
They also requested reporting on websites they visit, how long they are there, and the content if at all possible. For the web monitoring I have decided to use Untangle, I ordered a two port NIC to install in one of our ESX servers and I will be running an Untangle VM with the network card ports dedicated to that VM.
My question is, are there any add ons for untangle that will also allow the google talk monitoring, or do I have to use third party software? I have tested IMBoss, though it doesnt even detect the messages being sent out from the computer it is running on, so I'm not so interested in that solution.
