Employees here have multiple systems for which they have to remember their passwords for. The average user has their computer login, email password (for access when away), inventory management password, website cms password, as well as a few having GoToMyPC, and even five or so with vendor/customer service website passwords.
Should it be up to me to make remembering their passwords easy, should we be using multiple passwords for some of the systems that are identical to make them have to remember less? We've been considering setting up Keepass for everyone, but it seems like a lot of effort for something that really shouldn't be that hard.
How do you all manage so many different users with so many different password?
