Webroot not allowing me to click on the drop down box.

Friday Afternoon after a long week....Gone onto WebRoot to give Access for a user to a certain site. When I log into WebRoot put in the site I would like to grant access to then go to the drop down box below it where it give you the option of allowed or blocked I click the drop down box and NOTHING happens. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue?
