I am looking for any help, advice and/or existing ideas, implementations or SOP's regarding company or business owned cell phone use and especially security.
1. Do you have an SOP in place for the phones?
2. Do you restrict the use of the phones to business calls/text/information only?
3. Are you requiring your users to lock or password protect the phone
4.Are you requiring the IT department or your users to Secure the phones with any security software?
5. Do you have an SOP in place to handle the loss or theft of a company / business phone?
We are crafting policies and SOP's for governing our company owned Cell phone usage and responsibilities in our first quarter of this year.
