Her profile is local on her laptop. She is on WIN7 64b, currently has IE8, but I downgraded from IE9 when the issue began. I've deleted all temp files I can find, reset IE settings to default, verified she is the only user with the issue, logged in as admin and was able to access the links on the page, installed Google Chrome and tested successfully. I tried manually typing the address i.e. www.finance.yahoo.com and was still unable to access it. Page just clocks. Any ideas?
