Here is what I want to do, and I have come to the SpiceHeads for answers.
I have a group of workers in a machine shop who run CNC's all day long.
The manager sucks and we are lookin to get rid of him in the near future.
Our worry is that he will simply take a copy of all of the CNC programs and start up his own shop down the road and compete with us. Problem is that he needs to have access to the files on a day to day basis.
I want to prevent him from taking the files...or at the very least, know when is takes them so we can come back at him in court.
I can turn off USB on the computers to disable putting them on Flash Storage.
I can turn off the CD Rom's so he cant make copies onto a DVD or CDRW. How would I prevent him from opening up his GMail and attaching the files to an email and taking them offsite?
