I've been given extra budgets by our directors to spend on secutiry, our 5 year deal with Sophos is coming to an end and we are looking at alternatives (along with a renew), we currently use endpoint managed by the control center.
Currently all workstations and servers are covered on various GPOs that push an install out and run automatic updates of the endpoint to latest definitions. Windows Firewall is also controlled through GPO.
We have 90 days left in our subscription, part of me says 'It's good no issues take the renewal' and the other says 'Lets spend it'. All traffic comes through a hard firewall before hitting our network, while we could replace that too I am mostly looking for something client side to protect the windows workstations and servers. Again no issues with Sophos and would like to keep the same functionality when it comes to centrally controlling and having the updates be pushed out as such.
