Cisco ASA VPN Clients

I need to monitor Cisco ASA VPN Clients .

I need a software or script which should run automatically after ever 10 min and do following.

1.  Connect Cisco VPN Client if connected successfully disconnect again and connect after 5 min.

2. In case of connection failure it should send an email status VPN connection failure.
