KES10; Server 2008R2. KES10 sends reports that contain incorrect information. This time it was claimed that two PCs had AV protection off. After checking KES Center console, both computers show in green, meaning they are protected and connected. Just for kicks, I checked both computers and their AV statuses, - it was all up to date with definitions and running. KES server was resolving computers names to correct IP, so no mistake there either. What's wrong with this picture? Thanks. Alex.
