Somewhat recently installed a small camera system in my place of work. Small business. Only four cameras. I can walk to each less than a minute. They seemed to work pretty well out of the box but now when I go to view them three out of four are in black and white. The IR filters are turned on, despite being in adequate lighting conditions in the middle of the day. I can tell as much because shining a flashlight directly at them turns the color back on.
The one that's in color is, not surprisingly, set up in the room where I first tested them which is why I didn't see the problem coming. Strangely enough, there's another in a different place (but in the same room) that also still has its IR filter on.
I've gone through the manuals and there's no sensitivity setting for the IR. They're also non-PTZ as well so any remote modifications just...
