Does anyone know of best in-home cameras that you can monitor from your phone ?

I have two little dogs and a house sitter usually when on vacation. I would just like to monitor my dogs and have good picture of inside home and what's going on while away.
So confusing. Do they make a wireless camera with a wide view that is clear from a smartphone?
I pulled one up that best buy had.......each monitor was around 199.00 and had 180 degree viewing area.
The camera monitor got all five stars......the names started with a "D".........dunno
Help if u can with your expertise????
