SSL Certificate signed with an unknown Certificate Authority

Hi all,

Followed the instructions at http://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/show/922-assign-ssl-certificate-from-iis-to-spiceworks-w-existing-cert to install our globalsign wildcard cert. All works and tested internally and externally using https on port 9676

Issue occurs when running a PCI scan. I get 'SSL Certificate signed with an unknown Certificate Authority'. I assume that I need to install the intermediate and root certs, but I can't seem to find any info as to what I need to do.

Hope it's just a false positive, but does anyone have any ideas?
