Hello all, I'm in a situation now that I know absolutely nothing about... Security cameras. Here's the deal. We're building another building on the company property for storage and we need cameras out there. So far what I think I'm going to do it get a strong router that I can mount outside our main building and put a second one in the external building allowing for a wireless bridge. From there, I'm thinking I should have the cameras wirelessly connected to the router in the external building.
Of course my questions are:
1. Is a wireless bridge really stable enough or am I going to run into issues.
2. Can I just grab any old IP Camera and connect it to our current software? (http:/
3. Is there any other equipment other than the router and the cameras that I need (power supplies or something?)
