We use Kaspersky Security Center on the server side with Kaspersky Endpoint clients in version 10. There is a policy which is applied to all clients and that policy has exclusion rule to not scan certain network cifs shares. The policy in question is applied but the AV client is still scanning those particular folders and it takes couple of minutes before the AV client allows the program to run from those shares (we need certain programs to be executed from within network shares). The same program starts immediately on machines on the same network/subnet where the AV client is not running.
Is there something I missed when specifying the network share exclusion rule (Policy settings > Anti-Virus protection > General Protection Settings > Exclusions and trust zone)? Is there maybe a way to figure out which Kaspersky protection package is causing this?
