I had a user today install a freeware pdf to word converter on their system. After the install all web browsers now close after 1-3 mins of use. In event viewer I was able to find this:

I have removed the software including all the bloatware it installed except for the one program:
rrsavings as shown at the bottom. I have run ccleaner, malwarebytes and my AV to try and fix this and no luck. It will remove but comes right back. I am assuming this is causing the web browser issues but not positive. Anyone have any idea on how to get rid of this software and/or fix the browser crashes? Plan to dl and run spybot s&d, ad-aware and see if that helps, any other suggestions would be great.
